Teledyne DALSA’s IC-33-04096-00-R multispectral TDI image sensor includes 4 multispectral bands and one panchromatic band in an integrated, compact package. The backside illumination maximizes the sensitivity, while the stage selection enables responsivity performance to be tailored to difficult lighting conditions. With a horizontal resolution of 1024 pixels (B1-B4) and 4096 pixels (P), the sensor quickly transfers the image using user selectable outputs: 2 or 1 outputs running at ≥20 MHz (B1-B4) and 16, 8, 4 or 2 outputs running at ≥40 MHz (P). The 28 μm x 28 μm (B1-B4) and 7 μm x 7 μm (P) pixels provide exceptional images crucial for inspection, characterization and surveillance of designated targets.

The device provides selectable numbers of TDI stages (up to 96 in P panchromatic band and up to 26 in B spectral bands).
