Teledyne DALSA’s IC-34-12288 image sensor offers up to 64 TDI stages for each zone and is suitable for difficult low illumination conditions. With 12288 pixel resolution in each of two zones, Teledyne DALSA’s lateral anti-blooming (LAB) process, and continuous vertical clocking performance, the IC-34-12288 sensor guarantees exceptional images with high CTF/MTF. Resolution can be further enhanced by the ½ pixel (3.5 μm) horizontal and vertical offset of the two zones. The 7.0 μm x 7.0 μm pixel size allows finer inspection for smaller artifacts and fast line rates up to 16 kHz with 16 taps or 8.3 kHz with 8 taps, Teledyne DALSA’s IC-34-12288 sensor is designed for high sensitivity and speed.
