Teledyne DALSA’s IC-27-12288-00-R multispectral TDI CCD image sensor includes four multispectral bands with one panchromatic band in a single integrated die and package. The CCD is designed to allow continuous clocking in the vertical photosensitive region for improved in-scan spatial resolution. The sensor has a horizontal resolution of 3072 (B1-B4) and 12288 pixels (P), which consist of 28 μm x 28 μm pixels (B1-B4) and 7 μm x 7 μm pixels (P). The signal charge is transferred to camera electronics using user selectable outputs (2 or 1 (B1-B4) and 32 or 16 (P)) running at up to 30 MHz each.. The sensor has selectable TDI stages that allow the sensor to be suitable for low light applications. The pixels of this sensor have 100x Lateral Antiblooming protection feature.
